The hugely popular, highly acclaimed Armoy Road Races are set to take centre stage this year year from the 26th-27th of July.
First taking place in 2009, the Armoy Road Races has steadily grown in stature, providing exhilarating road racing of the highest quality.
Last July, it was five-star Michael Dunlop, going the entire meet unbeaten, collecting five race wins, including for the tenth time, the ‘Race of Legends’ title.
Runaway 125/Moto 3 victor Michael Browne, bagged a new class lap record, the Isle of Wight’s Ryan Whitehall headed the Supersport B field whilst added competitors to taste victory spoils included:
Richard Ford (Junior 250 Classics), Irish roads legend Barry Davidson (Junior 350 Classics), David Bell (Classic Superbike) and Anthony O’Carroll (Senior Support).
Spoken highly of by competitors, marshals and fans, the Armoy Road Races is one of the undoubted jewels in the crown of every roads season.
Expect more first-class action next July at the event, which is synonymous with the legendary Armoy Armada.
