Cowton Racing/Herbertson Combination Returns For Barry Sheene Classic

The latest positive announcement ahead of competitive action returning to Oliver’s Mount, focuses upon 2018 Junior Classic TT winner Dominic Herbertson leading Cowton Racing’s Barry Sheene Classic challenge.

In contention for Super Twins honours at last year’s Gold Cup meeting, Hexham’s Herbertson latest Scarborough expedition is set to see him pilot Kawasaki machinery in ER6, ZX6R form.

Enjoying recently an immensely successful CRMC (Classic Racing Motorcycle Club) event at Cadwell Park, securing a hat-trick of victories, the tree surgeon showcased again his proven talent, race craft.

An accomplished exponent of the tight, twisty, world famous Oliver’s Mount course, it wouldn’t at all be a surprise to various racing insiders, race fans a plenty if the hugely popular Herbertson scoops multiple top three finishes, a race or win or two at the ‘Mini TT’ in August.

Reminder the Barry Sheene Classic which opens UK roads action for the 2020’s, is planned to take place over three days and runs from the 14th-16th of August.
