Classic TT Races – Tuesday Night Practice Round Up

Ollie Linsdell topped the time sheets during the 500cc classic TT practice session. Ollie competing on a 500cc Paton lapped at 111.385 mph. 20 time Isle of Man TT winner John Mcguinness had a good start to his practice week lapping at 111.193 mph on the Roger Winfield backed 500cc Paton.

TT winners Bruce Anstey and Cameron Donald both produced good laps to go third and fourth fastest. James Coward, Ian Lougher, Alan Oversby, William Dunlop, Chris Palmer and Gary Johnson rounded out the top 10 on the Lincs lifting ltd backed 500cc MV Agusta.

Mark Parrett lead the formula classic TT practice session lapping at 104.586 mph, Gavin Lupton produced a good lap speed of 100.280 to go second quickest whilst Chris Mcgahan went third fastest in front of Dean Harrison who is competing for the first time on a 850 BSA, Dean lapped at 96.083 mph. Allan Brew, Henry Bell, Doug Fairbrother, Ronald-Van-Loo and Scott Fabbro  completed the top 10.

125 TT winner Chris Palmer lead the way in practice in the 350cc classic TT class, Chris who’s won many a Manx grand prix race over the years lapped at 100.495 mph. Dan Cooper competing for the team Molnar Manx racing team on a Norton lapped at 97.831 mph to second during Tuesday nights 350cc classic TT practice session.

Jamie Hamilton finished third overall in practice lapping at 97.584 mph. Ollie Linsdell, Nigel Moore, Chris Swallow, Paul Coward, Alec Whitwell and lightweight TT winner James Hillier rounded out the top 10.

Chris Moore and James Cowton where closely matched during the Formula 2 classic TT practice session. Chris Moore ended up fastest lapping at a excellent lap speed of 106.124 mph whilst James Cowton competing on a Pete Berwick backed TZ250 Yamaha produced a good lap speed of 105.574 mph.

Derek Glass, Chris Barratt, Shaun Anderson, Richard Charlton, Neil Chadwick, Andy Lawson, Jussi Luoma and Adrian Morris finalised the top 10.
