Classic TT/Manx GP: Organisers Confirm Thursday Afternoon Practice Schedule, Wednesday Evening Practice Session Abandoned

As predicted by many, tonight’s Manx GP/Classic TT practice session has been cancelled due to more inclement weather immersing itself upon the Mountain Course.

Whilst another practice session has been lost to the weather, the forecast for Thursday looks much more promising and with a full day of practice action planned, competitors are certain to gain a huge bulk of track time ahead of race week.

I must point out though that Thursday afternoon’s practice session, planned to get underway from 1:00 PM will only happen if there are enough marshals around each section of the mythical, fabled Mountain Course.

Stated on various occasions today by event organisers, Manx GP social media accounts, lots of my fellow press, to register an interest in becoming a marshal for Thursday afternoon practice, the people to contact, chat to are the Isle of Man TT Marshals Association IOMTT Marshals

The current schedule for tomorrow’s Manx GP/Classic TT practice action, is as follows:

12:30 PM Roads around Mountain Course

1:00 PM Senior/Junior Classic TT Practice
Lightweight/Ultra Lightweight/Newcomers B Manx GP Practice

2:45 PM Lightweight/Superbike Classic TT Practice
Junior/Senior/Newcomers A Manx GP Practice

4:30 PM Roads around Mountain Course open

6:00 PM Roads around Mountain Course

6:20-7:10 PM Lightweight/Superbike Classic TT Practice
Junior/Senior/Newcomers A Practice

7:15-8:00 PM Junior/Senior Classic TT Practice
