Buell’s look set to compete for second year in a row at the Isle of Man TT this year.

TT 2014 saw the American motorcycle manufacturer make their TT debut as Mark Miller and Brandon Cretu piloted Splitlath motorsports backed 1190 RS Buell’s.

Although reliability issues struck for both riders in superbike race the senior TT proved to be a memorable one as Brandon Cretu finished in 42nd position to give Buell their first finish in a race at the Isle of Man TT.

2014 Macau Grand Prix proved to be highly productive for Splitlath motorsports. 2010 TT zero winner Mark Miller competing on the teams 1190 RS Buell clinched highly creditable 12th place finish, this result proved the potential of the EBR (Erik Buell racing) superbike.

For 2015 Splitlath motorsports are set to run Buell’s at TT 2015 and at the Macau Grand Prix. Its not known yet as to who will be competing for them but its good to see another new manufacturer pushing for standout results in pure road racing.
