With the Covid-19 pandemic putting pay to Classic TT competition for 2020, their main focus since and now is upon preparation for their maiden Pirelli National Superstock 600 Championship campaign.
Leading Binch Racing’s BSB Superstock 600 challenge piloting YZF R6 Yamaha machinery is highly rated rising Irish roads star, team regular Adam McLean.
Tobermore’s McLean caught the eye with his pace at yesterday’s BSB support classes testing session at Silverstone, finishing overall third quickest in class with a best lap time of 57.783 seconds.
Completing overall 110 laps, it’s fair to say that he’s amongst the best prepared renowned International road racers set to tackle upcoming BSB events.
For Binch Racing, McLean’s pace during testing only adds to their optimism of enjoying a pretty productive Superstock 600 Championship, which gets underway next month (7th-9th August) at the Donington National circuit.
