The Greenlight TV promoted King of The Roads series, commenced on Saturday at the Irish roads season opener, the CDE Group Cookstown 100.
Due to adverse weather, course conditions, 1000cc races did not take place.
Because of this, King of The Roads organisers, decided that points would be allocated to the top ten from the Supersport A race stint.
This means that class winner BE/RK Racing’s Michael Browne, is the series leader post Cookstown.

3rd – Darryl Tweed – 16
4th – Graham Kennedy – 13
5th – Keelim Ryan – 11
6th – James Chawke – 10
7th – Darryl Anderson – 9
8th – Stephen Tobin – 8
9th – Paul Cranston – 7
10th – Dennis Booth – 6
The next King of The Roads round arises next month, the feature Superbike race of the FonaCAB/Nicholl Oils North West 200.
Who will pick up maximum points? Spellbinding action in prospect as a who’s who of international road racing race it out for the NW200’s top prize.
