Marvin Siebdrath (IRRC Schleizer Dreieck Supersport lap-record holder), 2022 Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix podium finisher Sheridan Morais and two-times Superbike race runner-up of last month’s Trencin Airport Races, Julius Ilmberger Jr.
Euro Moto Superbike class marked competition comeback for ‘Prize of Krizevci’ experienced, Croatian ace Martin Vugrinec.
Fellow-countryman Karlo Grsic (unofficial lap-record holder, 600cc race winner this year at Prize of Zelina event) had an incident during practice for the coinciding Alpe Adria Championship races at Slovakia Ring.
This forced him onto the sidelines for the past weekend’s contests which featured seasoned roads course competitors like Michal Prasek, Michal Filla, Jiri Broz, Ales Malina, Tomas Sauer, and Teo Sekulic.
2026 Euro Moto Championship season finale graces the Hockenheimring (25th-27th September) but the more pertinent dates to remember for German pure road racing fans are the back-to-back racing weekends, both located in Saxony near the Czech border, Oberlausitzer Dreieck (twelfth edition – 12th-13th September, Demo races) and the 63rd Frohburger ADAC-Dreieckrennen (19th-20th September), incorporating the IRRC Supersport/Sportbike series finale, support class races and last round of 2026 Twin Cup.
