2026 Pre-TT Classic: Sunday Races Synopsis

Yesterday’s Pre-TT Classic Road Races action was marred by the passing of sixteen times event winner, Alan Oversby.

The 2014 350 Classic TT runner-up, had won the Senior 500, Junior 350 races before a tragic accident in the 400cc race.

Road Racing News sends its deepest condolences to the family and friends of one of the all-time great Classics competitors on roads circuits.

Mike Hose pipped new category lap-record holder Owen Monaghan to 125 Post Classic honours whilst Richard Ford (250 Classic), Grant Thomson (Classic Superbike), Kieran Clarke/Andy Johnson (Sidecars) all claimed wins on a sad day at Billown.
