By In a dramatic development, which most could not have foreseen despite persistent rumours, gossip throughout the past week, a new BMW Motorrad UK backed team will grace the Briggs Equipment Northwest 200, TT Races in 2025, 8TEN Racing.
The newly formed team, rider line-up is stellar to say the least, fourteen times TT winner Peter Hickman and current Senior TT, King of The Roads Champion Davey Todd.
Both Hickman and Todd have M1000RR BMW speed machines at their disposal for 2025 international road racing efforts and BSB.
Only last November, the pair had been unveiled as new FHO Racing team-mates.
Fast forward to now and Faye Ho’s team are scaling back their UK racing operation, opting to run only one rider in the British Superbike Championship, Ukrainian Ilya Mikhalchik (2024 IDM Superbike Champion).
More details about the 8TEN Racing project are expected within the near future.
