*Cowton Racing’s 70th Gold Cup challenge is led by Doncaster’s Mark Goodings and Toby Shann.

*Mistral Racing like Greenall Racing, have a multi rider presence, running Michael Bampton, Michael Sweeney on ZXR 750 Kawasaki’s.

*Notable non starters include Goodwood bound Dean Harrison, Jamie Coward, Lee Johnston, Mike Norbury and Dominic Herbertson.

*Scarborough stalwart Rodger Wibberley, Thundersport GB front runner Marcus Tatchell additionally aren’t competing this weekend.

*This is Milenco by Padgetts Davey Todd, first Scarborough Gold Cup racing venture.

*2016 Senior Manx GP winner Tom Weeden is set to pilot ER6 Kawasaki tackle, alongside his trusty R6 Yamaha steed.

*Oliver Dean’s RS660 Aprilia mount, features a tribute to Queen Elizabeth II.

*In terms of the Supersport class, 17 racers are Kawasaki mounted.

*The weather forecast for tomorrow, could impact strongly the planned practice, qualifying schedule. 40 mph plus winds are anticipated throughout the afternoon.
