Dean Harrison completed a tip-top weekend at the 80th Anniversary, Visit North Yorkshire Scarborough Gold Cup, by winning the fourth HMH Civils Supersport (A) race, making it five triumphs from five race starts.
As in the prior Gold Cup Feature Race, Harrison (Honda Racing UK) up to an incredible 117 Oliver’s Mount race victories, got the hole shot, gained control, opened a mighty gap to the world-class opposition.
Tom Weeden (Club 77 – Triumph) following a ding-dong dice aside fourteen times TT winner Peter Hickman (Swan Racing/PHR Performance – Triumph) swooped a brilliant second place finish, 3.198 behind Harrison.
Classic Superbike Race Three winner Johnny Stewart (J Stewart Garage Service – Kawasaki) grasped fourth behind Hickman, Davey Todd’s opening race meeting salvo of 2026, ended with a second top five finish of the day.
Barry Furber took fifth as Joey Lambden, Aiden Goodings, Scott Aitkin, Supersport (B) races winner x2 Aaron Cooke obtained respective sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth place finishes.
