Six Manx GP races are now hoped to take place tomorrow, yes you read that right.
This is the first time in modern years that six races have been scheduled to commence in the same day on the Mountain Course.
Roads are (weather permitting) poised to close at 09:30 AM with the Junior Classics (only one-lap) encounter first up forty minutes later at 10:10 AM.
Then it’s the now two-lap Lightweight race (11:15 AM), followed at 12:50 PM by the three-lap Classic Superbike contest.
Senior Classics (two laps – 3:00 PM) follows with contemporary MGP categories Senior Supersport (three laps – 4:30 PM), Junior Super Twins (two laps – 6:30 PM) finalising the day’s action.
Obviously, all of this will rely on a mixture of sustained good weather, better luck for organisers, unforeseen circumstances not happening.
