Thanks to forecast pesky rain immersing itself within the 37 and three-quarter miles long, Mountain Course, it’s a thumbs down for the remainder of today’s Manx GP qualifying, race action.
Not long after the anticipated, thirty minutes long Classic Superbike/Senior Support qualifying session sprung into fruition, the session was red-flagged due to aforementioned inclement, dreary weather.
The Manx Grand Prix’s official Twitter page, issued the following words:
“Due to deteriorating weather conditions and in order to minimise disruption to the public, the Clerk of The Course has made the decision to cancel the remainder of today’s qualifying session.
The roads opening process will begin shortly. A revised schedule for tomorrow will be issued in due course.”
