The 2014 Scarborough gold cup provided Phil Harvey with series of excellent results at the 2014 Scarborough gold cup. Opening David Jefferies trophy race saw Phil competing on team 98 R6 Yamaha and the experienced road racer recorded a highly respectable 18th place finish.
Lightweight race 1 was next on the horizon and Phil RS250 Honda secured top three finish. Over the years the popular rider has acquired multiple high profiles in 250 races which have included third place finish at the North West 200 in 2009 and Lee Pullan trophy victory at the 2012 Scarborough gold cup.

The rider who was runner up in 2011 super twins Manx Grand Prix could well be back in action once again on the mountain course potentially competing at TT 2015, plus next years formula 2 classic TT race could provide Phil with a golden opportunity for another standout result on the most famous road racing circuit in the world.
