Northwest 200, Ulster Grand Prix specialist Christian Elkin placed second on three occasions, determinedly speeding to P2 finishes in both Supersport races, opening Super Twins contest.
Three-wheeling TT great John Holden, linking up with Phil Knapton, was runner-up in the Friends of Marty Murphy Sidecar races.
2023 Senior Manx Grand Prix winner, Laxey’s Joe Yeardsley, TH Racing’s Jay Bellers Smith accrued top five finishes.
Gary McCoy, winner of the second Superbike race from the USBK season opener, finished eighth, seventh from Enkalon Trophy encounters.
James Chawke, Lion Heart Moto Racing’s Julian Trummer, Daracore Racing’s Kevin Keyes were also in action.
BE/RK Racing’s Conor Cummins, Michael Browne reacquainted with the Boyce Precision Engineering by Russell Racing Yamaha, competed in Friday’s qualifying sessions but didn’t compete today.
