TT 2026: Yamanaka Set For Tenth Mountain Course Voyage

2015 Newcomers C Manx Grand Prix runner-up Masayuki Yamanaka is all set for a tenth consecutive Mountain Course racing voyage, after retaining a place in Ian Lougher’s Team ILR with Frog Vehicle Developments outfit.

Yamanaka, Japan’s sole TT races representative since 2017 has finished fourteen of sixteen races participated in, registered four top twenty-five finishes, nine top thirty-five finishes.

His most recent voyage on Mona’s Isle would see hugely respectable thirty first, twenty fifth place finishes achieved from Metzeler, Entire Cover Insurance Super Twin encounters.

Although considered now a veteran racer, the genial rider from Sagamihara, Kanagawa Prefecture desire, will-to maximise his potential around the fabled, awe-inspiring Mountain Course remains decisively in earnest.

For those not already aware, the entry process for next year’s TT (25th May-6th of June) extravaganza, ends on the 30th of January.
