TT 2026: News From The Paddock 5

Released at 11:30 AM this morning, tomorrow’s itinerary timetable now includes race stints times three.

The opening Monster Energy Supersport encounter (cut to three laps), commences from 11:00 AM, with the Carole Nash Sportbike race following (2:00 PM scheduled start-time), then in the evening’s it the turn of the rescheduled, postponed from Saturday, Royal London 360 Superstock opener (6:30 PM scheduled start-time).

Nineteen riders yesterday set new personal best lap-speeds including Paul Jordan (130.656), the thirty first member of the ‘130 Mph Club’.

105 racers in TT races history, have now recorded lap-speeds surpassing 125 mph.

Car enthusiasts, will have noticed near the Monster Energy Fan Park, is the new Rolls Royce Ghost Isle of Man TT model on display, celebrating 120 years since company co-founder Charles Rolls TT victory in 1906.

RST Superbike race winner Dean Harrison, emphasised yesterday, his belief that he is riding to the peak of his abilities.

“I feel it in myself, I’m riding really-well, just hitting the apexes, doing what I need to do and just going from there.”

Fourteen times TT winner Peter Hickman is keeping a glass half full perspective, for the remainder of TT 2026 race action.

“I don’t really know we’re we will end up for the rest of the week, I can only do what I can do, I am trying one hundred and ten percent and we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.”
