PHR (Peter Hickman Racing) Performance are set to have an expanded rider charge for TT 2025, with Mountain Course newcomer Barry Burrell joining Pierre Yves Bian and team owner Peter Hickman.
A recent top twenty Northwest 200 finisher on debut, ex BSB racer, F900R BMW Cup front runner Burrell is entered in the 1000cc races, on a Halliwell Jones backed M1000RR BMW (Superstock spec).
Suitor, team-mate, fourteen times TT winner Peter Hickman (2025 Supersport/Super Twin TT mounts – Trooper Triumph/Swan Racing Yamaha), stated recently about working with 37-plate holder Burrell:
“I’ve known and raced against Barry since about 2002 and it’s great to have him in the team for his TT debut.
I’ll help him as much as I can and where I can and that’s pretty much the PHR Performance philosophy.
We like to help people where we can and with Pierre (Yves Bian) and Barry we’ve got two great riders in the team.”
There is a question mark over afore-mentioned 2021 IRRC Supersport Champion, Pierre Yves Bian’s TT 2025 exploration, post an incident within last week’s second NW200 Supersport race.
Fitness permitting, the likeable French rider will have 765 Triumph, RS660 Aprilia apparatus at his disposal for Supersport, Super Twins action. 1000cc race forays are also lined up, astride BMW machinery.
