James Hillier’s TT 2024 campaign will see him reunite with previous long-term suitors Bournemouth Kawasaki racing, for Supersport race endeavours.
Hillier, lead rider for the newly formed WTF (We’re the Future) Racing team in the Superbike, Superstock, Senior races, middleweight class steed a ZX 636 Kawasaki, will be ablaze with Kawasaki’s 40th Anniversary Ninja model celebration livery.
Across the whole of the 2010’s, Ringwood’s Hillier and Pete Extance’s ‘Team Green’ outfit enjoyed sustained podium finishing success.
Fourteen rostrums were collected during the 10’s including most notably Lightweight race victory spoils in 2013.
Added high points included P2 in the 2015 Senior race and gaining at least one podium finish or more at all TT festivals from 2013 to 2019.
Optimistic that champagne will be sprayed in June, it’s five years since the Bournemouth Kawasaki collective tackled the world’s most famous road race.
Their return to Mountain Course competition, adds an extra intriguing layer to 2024 Supersport TT action.
