By The always hard working, ever popular People’s Bike Team have disclosed that they will be back competing this year at the TT Races.
Racers confirmed to be supported by the team, which first originated in 2009 are ambitious duo Stephen Parsons and Jonathan Perry.
A Mountain Course exponent since 2016, Winsford’s Perry finished 13th in last June’s Bennetts Super Twins TT and also acquired solid top 28 finishes in the prior RST Superbike, Royal London 360 Superstock races.
Holding at present a personal best lap speed of 121.972 mph, he’s another of the next gen real roads scene, keen to strike their own, distinct mark on the world’s most famous road race.
Team-mate ‘Trevor’ Parsons, made a heroic TT debut last year after previously starring at the Manx Grand Prix, joining the ‘Tommy Club’, finishing runner-up across successive Senior races.
Speaking via Facebook about his upcoming TT 2023 campaign, Parsons stated:
“Well, 2023 has started off great. Getting the support of the People’s Bike.com team for the IOM TT is greatly appreciated.
It’s the first time in 2 years my body is getting back to normal (ish) and I’m training hard at the gym during the week and stomping up hills on the weekend. Slowly, slowly catchy monkey.”
Parsons, Perry will also be competing under the People’s Bike banner during the Southern 100, which reminder takes place from the 10th-13th of July.
