Two of pure road racing’s elite, the most recent Senior TT winners Peter Hickman and Davey Todd will return this December to New Zealand, tackling the meeting dubbed the ‘Southern Hemisphere’s Isle of Man’, the Cemetery Circuit Races.
2018 Robert Holden Memorial feature race winner Hickman, Todd are both expected to be astride BMW machinery for F1 Superbike encounters.
National Superstock 1000 Championship leader, this year’s Senior TT king Todd, trek to Whanganui will also feature Supermoto action on RMZ 450 Suzuki apparatus.
Last year, the Armoy ‘Race of Legends’ winner, emerged victorious from the opening Supermoto race-stint, 7.261 seconds in front of sponsor, machine supplier Richie Dibben.
A massive coup for event organisers, the latest CC Races news has more than whetted the appetite of NZ road racing fans, counting down the days till the Boxing Day bonanza.
Additional confirmed entrants aside Hickman, Todd include Wolfgang ‘Wolfi’ Schuster, highly regarded NZ street racing aces Heath Botica, Shanon Dellow, Luca Durning.
Three wheeling favourites Tracey Bryan/Kendal Dunlop, Richard Markham-Barrett and Hamish Tarr.
