Still No.1 in terms of this list is 2019 IRRC Superbike Champion, 2022 King of The Roads Champion Davey Todd.
Back in 2019, Todd set a best lap time of 2 minutes 15.084 seconds.
This is just under 0.2 quicker than present IRRC Superbike Championship leader Vincent Lonbois, top newcomers lap time (2.15.254) from 2016.
Eleven more racers have lapped sub 2 minutes 20 seconds, during their maiden Horice racing tenures.
