BE (Burrows Engineering)/RK (Richardson Kelly) Racing’s Dominic Herbertson, had a quietly efficient Briggs Equipment Northwest 200, picking up six top fifteen finishes, three top ten finishes in total.
As at Cookstown, where he accumulated a memorable quadruple of race victories, aboard YZF R6 Yamaha, M1000RR BMW tackle, the paddock favourite swooped a best finish of seventh from the CP Hire Superstock race, finishing in front of the likes of Bathams Racing’s Craig Neve, Sam West, Brian McCormack, and Honda Racing UK’s Nathan Harrison.
Reflecting on last week’s NW200 race week, BE/RK Racing Team Manager John Burrows, stated:
“As always it was good to be back at the NW 200, with sunshine from Wednesday to Saturday, it brought out a great crowd to support the event. Unfortunately, we had a few issues to iron out which meant Dom lost some valuable track time.
We had three finishes inside the top ten, so I guess we must leave the north coast knowing we are in a solid position ahead of the TT which starts in a couple of weeks’ time. As always, thank you to our team partners who continue to support our efforts.”
