Quickly following the news of retaining William Grant’s services, Cowton Racing have disclosed that squad stalwart Toby Shann and Bailey Harker will also be part of the East Yorkshire based team’s 2026 road racing campaign, piloting Super Twin Kawasaki tackle.
2024 Oliver’s Mount CB 500 Champion Harker (aboard Cowton Racing’s 600 at specified events) joins after impressing his new racing employers, across recent seasons.
Confirmed to race at all Scarborough meets (Spring Cup/Barry Sheene Classic Festival/Cock O’The North/Gold Cup), selected Irish national road races are-pencilled in plus pending all going to plan, a first Manx Grand Prix tenure.
New team-mate Shann, 2026 racing itinerary is still to be 100 percent decided.
Amongst the undoubted stars of this year’s Manx GP, the York rider second in the Super Twin and Junior races, thrilled the ever-passionate, hardworking Cowton Racing team.
Whilst it is not official yet, whether he is TT bound or sticking with the MGP for another year, Shann should give a reputable account of himself at either event next year.
