Manx GP: McGuinness MBE Joins Junior Class Foray

The reinstated to the Manx Grand Prix racing schedule, Junior 350 race, has a notable class debutant this month, 23 times TT winner John McGuinness MBE.

McGuinness, Senior TT winner on seven occasions, in keeping with his Honda association, is ready to race within the 2 Wheeling Classics Junior MGP, Steadplan sponsored K4 Honda apparatus.

Despite been new to 350cc tackle, one would be foolish to not consider the Morecambe roads legend as a challenger for the rostrum.

An extremely popular NW200 podium returnee in May, his second IOM shores roads campaign of 2024 sees him also line-up for Team Winfield, in the Carole Nash title backed Classic Senior category.

Since 2013, McGuinness has aligned with Roger Winfield’s squad for yesteryear Mountain Course racing explorations.

Class conqueror in 2016, 2018 and 2019, runner-up last year, if all aspects merge smoothly, bad luck isn’t apparent, another victory could be brewing.
