It’s Team Grantham Lodge x3 for this year’s Manx Grand Prix, as Southern 100 Super Twins lap record holder Rob Hodson, Welsh IRRC ace Rhys Hardisty link-up with Michael Browne in the squad, which originates from New Zealand.
Back-to-back Lightweight category race winner Browne, no stranger to Peter Lodge’s team, as in 2023, is astride ES2 Norton apparatus for the four-lap Classic Senior race.
New fellow squad member Hardisty, entered in the Senior, Junior Classic races, has been provided with Velocette tackle.
Interesting to note the Birmingham based brand, is celebrating this year, it’s 120th Anniversary.
In terms of twice event winner, ‘130 Mph Club’ alumni Hodson, it’s a 350 AJS (A.J. Stevens & Co Ltd) 7R at his disposal for Junior Classic racing, scheduled to take place on the 24th of this month.
