By Rain, rain, rain, unpredictable weather, incidents, countless red-flags during the FIA FR World Cup second qualifying session, a multitude of aspects were driving down the imperative track-time for Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix competitors.
Eventually with sufficient time not available before roads re-opened, today’s re-scheduled free practice session was annulled.
Although still to be officially announced, it’s looking likely that practice, qualifying sessions will now take place tomorrow with the 12-lap race moved to Sunday.
Updated Macau GP schedule:
7:20 AM – 8:20 AM – Practice session
8:50 AM – 9:50 AM – Qualifying session
7:00 AM – 7:20 AM – Warm up session
8:00 AM – 8:45 AM – 56th Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix – 12 Laps
