The Isle of Wight’s top pure road racer Ryan Whitehall has issued a push for extra sponsorship, ahead of this year’s roads season.
Whitehall, last year third within the Cookstown 100 Grand Final, tenth within the Senior Manx Grand Prix, said via his Facebook page:
“With the start of the 2025 Road Racing season almost upon us I am on the lookout for sponsors for this year.
Things have been slow to start this year but with it shaping up to be our biggest yet I’m going to need all the help I can get!
So, I am appealing to all my Facebook friends, if someone you know has a business, and might be interested in sponsorship please share this post with them and I’ll make sure your handsomely rewarded with race tickets, biscuits and some un-branded coffee!”
Whitehall’s 2025 roads schedule includes Cookstown, the returning Tandragee 100, Armoy Road Races, Briggs Equipment Northwest 200, potentially the Macau Grand Prix, aboard the WR Racing R1 Yamaha.
‘Ryno’ also hopes should adequate funding be available, to take in a third Manx GP tenure.
