IRRC Hengelo: Reigning Champion Lagrive Banks Supersport Pole, Yves Bian, Hoffmann Nearest Challengers

In splendid conditions, the pace around the Varsselring was equally as hot as the weather, as a mix of anticipated front runners, series newcomers and European roads stalwarts, battled it out for pole position, for tomorrow’s IRRC Supersport races at Hengelo.

Topping the overall qualifying time sheets, was reigning class champion Matthieu Lagrive. Lagrive who’s focusing his racing efforts this year on defending the IRRC Supersport crown, quickest lap time of 1 minute 50.887 seconds gave him an advantage of nigh on 1.2 seconds, over nearest pursuer, fellow countryman Pierre Yves Bian (1.52.073).
