Herbertson/Cowton Racing Combination To Return For 68th Gold Cup Meeting

Joining the likes of local favourite Paul Marley, Joe Thompson, Julian Tillotson, Justin Collins as a confirmed entrant for the 68th Scarborough Gold Cup, 2018 Junior Classic TT Champion Dominic Herbertson return to North Yorkshire shores will see him link up again with Cowton Racing.

Third in last month’s Locate.im Junior Classic TT, Herbertson who has lapped the illustrious Mountain Course at in excess of the 129 mph lap mark, as at TT 2019 will pilot in just over three weeks time at Scarborough the proven Cowton Racing ER6 Kawasaki.

An accomplished exponent of the tight, twisty, world famous Oliver’s Mount course, it wouldn’t at all be a surprise to various racing insiders, race fans a plenty if the hugely popular Herbertson scoops multiple top three finishes at the eagerly awaited Gold Cup meeting.

Reminder this month’s two day Gold Cup meet, which marks the penultimate round of the Metzeler ‘King of The Roads’ series, takes place from the 28th-29th September.
