By Previously piloted by leading lights including BSB great Chris Walker and World Superbike race winner, TT podium finisher Jamie Whitham, the GSX-R 750 SRAD Suzuki steed could be Classic TT bound in 2022, following a recent update from Team Classic Suzuki.
The three times Superbike Classic TT winners, have confirmed that the GSX-R 750 SRAD (Suzuki Ram Air Direct) will replace the squad’s ultra successful XR69 mount for action at high profile yesteryear events.
Next week sees a certain 19 times TT winner by the name of Michael Dunlop, test Team Classic Suzuki’s latest creation at Cartagena.
The prospect of modern era TT giant Dunlop aboard the mid 1990’s GSX-R 750 SRAD around the fabled, mythical Mountain Course is an enterprising one to say the least.
At present no official indication has been made to suggest that this could become a reality but reading between the lines, I wouldn’t be surprised if come next August this prospect arises.
