2022 Ulster Superbike Cup winners DJ Racing will have a prominent presence on the roads in 2024, after striking a deal with Cookstown 100 podium finisher Darragh Crean.
Crean previously part of the Faraldo Racing set-up, 2024 itinerary includes the Northwest 200, Southern 100, selected national Irish roads meetings and a first Mountain Course tilt at the Manx Grand Prix.
Also set to tackle BSB affiliated races, an enthused Crean stated when speaking about tonight’s news:
“I am excited to be part of DJ Racing for the 2024 season, and while we will be announcing the machinery that I will be riding soon, I know that the BSB will be challenging, and new to me.
I have dreamt of competing at the Manx Grand Prix for many years now, and I really can’t wait to get the famous tap on the shoulder”.
Team Principal of DJ Racing, Danny Breen added:
“This new challenge is a major step for the team, and we are looking forward to working with Darragh, who we know as a competent rider, and a talented one as well.
Mixing the roads with BSB will be a busy year, but the team are confident that 2024 will be a fruitful one for us. We will be announcing our sponsors and machinery soon”.
