By Amongst the opening motorsport events worldwide of 2026, the CMG Motorcycles NZGP hosted by Euromarque Motorsport Park – Ruapuna featured reputable New Zealand street racing competitors.
Victorious last week at the Cemetery Circuit Races, becoming the first female rider to win a solo race at Whanganui, Harriet Grace continued her prosperous run of form, banking third x2, fourth place finishes in Supersport 300 races.
2020 New Zealand Superbike Champion Alastair Hoogenboezem, Dale Finch shared the F1 race tussles.
Others no strangers to enterprising street circuit challenges, participating included:
Ben Rosendaal, Dennis Charlett, Seth Devereux, and Christchurch’s Dan Jenkins.
Euromarque Motorsport Park hosts two-more, 2-wheel competition extravaganzas this month, Classic Action Motorcycle Sport (24th January), and opening New Zealand Superbike Championship rounds (31st January-1st February).
