By Post a composed, consistent display, Boyce Precision Engineering by Russell Racing’s Michael Browne became the first rider since Michael Dunlop MBE, to retain the ‘Race of Legends’ title.
Banking a bonus of £2,500 pounds (£1,500 first prize – Feature Race / £1,000 for ‘Man of The Meeting accolade), Browne was never led in the re-started, cut to six laps in distance race.
Contest runner-up Paul Jordan (Jackson Racing Powered by Prosper2 – Honda), made sure his good friend had tenacious, gritty opposition, finishing just 0.520 in arrears.
1.180 adrift of Jordan, Phil Crowe having his first roads scene outing since TT 2026, scooped an excellent third place finish.
Conor Cummins (Conrod Motorsport – BMW) eclipsed Dominic Herbertson (KTS Racing Powered by Stanley Stewart – BMW) for fourth, by 0.065 of a second.
Competing for the first time today, Michael Sweeney was in podium finishing contention, through opening laps before dropping back to sixth.
Isle of Wight ace Ryan Whitehall pocketed seventh as Faugheen 50 Sprint winner Brian McCormack, Kevin Keyes, James Chawke finalised the top ten runners.
Nathan Harrison, Darryl Anderson, David Datzer all retired from proceedings whilst a non-starter following his fall at Church Bends, which forced the original race-start to be red-flagged was Classic Superbike Race winner Marcus Simpson.
