Air NI Racing’s Dean McMaster will take part in next month’s Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix (inaugural year 1967 – first winner Hiroshi Hasegawa), having received an invite to compete at the roads-scene ‘Major’.
The Ballymena rider is the fourth disclosed, pending Guia Circuit newcomer, joining ESR (European Series Road Racing) Champion Fedrik Matthys, Kevin Keyes (Daracore Racing) and Mark Hewitt.
A Cookstown 100 race winner, Oliver’s Mount Gold Cup Super Twins podium finisher, McMaster has for the past three years, sampled the Briggs Equipment Northwest 200.
Last May, the former JMcC Roofing Racing team member, achieved top twenty finishes x3 plus was a very creditable 21st from the red-flagged feature Merrow Hotel & Spa Superbike race.
As previously reported, expect extra Macau GP entry-list (twenty racer field) news through the remainder of this month.
