IRRC 2026: Hanse Ends Sportbike Q2 Rapidest, Williams P2

Second IRRC Sportbike qualifying explorations at Frohburg, saw event wildcard Justin Hanse (1.45.501 – Motorradtke GYTR Pro Shop by Penz 13 – Yamaha) emerge rapidest.

Hanse finished 0.512 quicker than leading full-time IRRC Sportbike pilot, Championship leader Jamie Williams (1.46.013 – NCE Racing – Aprilia).

Williams main title rival Wally Jacobs (Racing Team Block – Aprilia) concluded Q2 seventh quickest with 2024 IRRC Superbike Champion David Datzer (Racetastic4 by Datziii #55 Road Racing – Aprilia), Martin Hrstka (FERT Racing Team – Aprilia), Thomas Wendel (TMG21 Racing Team – Aprilia), Matous Ondrusz (Czech Road Racing – Aprilia) third to sixth swiftest.

Frohburger Dreieck newcomer, Manxman Dale Brew (AM Racing – Aprilia) ended a creditable tenth fastest.
