By Hill climbing doyen, Manx Grand Prix rostrum finisher Maurizio Bottalico, 2026 Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix venture, sees him align with Erno Kostamo’s RVS Motorsport outfit.
Last year’s top Guia Circuit newcomer, placing a superb sixth in the twelve-lap race, Bottalico as in 2025, remains M1000RR BMW mounted for November’s international roads scene showpiece.
Commenting via Facebook about the decision to join RVS Motorsport, Bottalico, three times a bronze replica finisher at TT 2026, stated:
“An unexpected call, some details to be sorted out on the contract and here I am for 2 days of testing in Finland on the BMW M1000RR Superbike of the RVS Motorsport team of Erno Kostamo.
I am really proud to be part of this team, there is a great project behind it for Macau, and I will give my best to make sure we can get out what we deserve.”
