By Revealed this morning, next year’s Northwest 200 (Briggs Equipment title sponsored), is to take place through the 4th-9th of May.
In terms of proposed qualifying/races schedule, no major changes appear apparent.
Beginning with opening qualifying bursts (6th May), Thursday of race week sees second qualifying thrusts, three races (SBK/Supersport/Superstock) commence.
Feature race day will continue to spotlight six races, two – Superbike, two – Super Twins, one – Supersport, one – Superstock.
Competitors to already confirm their intention, to speed along the coast roads next year include new Smith Racing signing Julian Trummer, TH Racing’s Joey Thompson and AJ Venter plus Triangle course newcomer, Franco Bourne.
Twenty first century roads scene icons, legends a plenty, are-also expected to descend upon one of international road racing’s ‘Majors.’

7th May – 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM – Re-close for evening races – 4:45 PM-9:00 PM
9th May – 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
