Night and day different in comparison to the previous round of the 2017 IRRC series at Schleizer Dreieck, competition this weekend at the iconic Czech roads of Horice has been bolstered by the announcement of a 36 rider entry list for the Superbike encounters.
In amongst an entry which features anticipated front runners such as championship front runners Sebastien Le Grelle and Didier Grams, a who’s who of Czech road racing are entered.

This includes twice Wepol/Safemetal Racing’s Marek Cerveny, Kamil Holan, the improving Petr Biciste, Ales Nechvatal, Pavel Tomecek, Lukas Maurer, Josek Luksik and event wildcards Jiri Petrla, Marek Stibor, Tomas Myslivecek and Jan Myslivecek.
Keep an eye as well on the Markka Racing duo of Erno Kostamo and Juha Kallio, both highly capable of rostrum finishes.
Same applies to fellow rising IRRC star David Datzer, whilst championship stalwart Johan Fredriks is another podium finishing contender.
Alongside Superbike action, attention a plenty will be placed upon the exciting battle for IRRC Supersport title honours between Thomas Walther, Joey Den Besten and Pierre Yves Bian.
With under 25 points separating the three of them, competition on the raw undiluted roads of Horice will more than likely prove crucial in the outcome of the series.
