Edition number forty-nine of legendary 24 Heures Motos at Circuit Bugatti (Le Mans, France), the 2026 EWC (Endurance World Championship) season curtain raiser, officially concluded yesterday afternoon.
Overall race winners were YART Yamaha Official EWC Team (Karel Hanika/Marvin Fritz/Leandro Mercado) with 859 laps to their credit. This means in total 3594.915 kilometres (around 2,247 miles).
Just for length comparison, this equates to more than fifty-nine TT Mountain Course laps, 919 laps at Oliver’s Mount and 698 laps at Horice road-race circuit.
The next EWC event will be the 8 Hours of Spa Motos in Belgium (Saturday 6th June), coinciding with the final day of TT 2026 race week (incorporating the Senior TT).
