Made public this evening, next gen equipment will feature in this year’s Southern 100, Supersport races, raising the probability of apparatus such as Triumph’s 765 Daytona, Ducati’s Northwest 200 winning, TT podium finishing V2 Panigale and Suzuki’s latest spec GSX-R 750 gracing the ‘Friendly Races’.
Commenting recently, Club Chairman for the Southern 100, George Peach stated:
“The Supersport class has been a staple of the Southern 100 for years, and embracing the next generation regulations ensures that we continue to attract top teams and riders while maintaining an exciting and competitive racing format.
This evolution of the class not only keeps pace with global trends but also enhances the spectacle for fans.”
Reminder the 2025 Southern 100, takes place in early July (7th-10th). 28th of March is the date for when those wishing to reacquaint themselves, debut around the high-speed, technical, illustrious Motor Isle Billown course can register their interest to compete.
