2025 NW200: The 120 Mph Club

At the TT Races you’ve got the ‘130 Mph Club’, at the Manx Grand Prix you’ve got the ‘Tommy Club’, significant landmarks for those taking on the unprecedented challenge of the fabled, mythical Mountain Course.

The Northwest 200’s equivalent of this whilst perhaps not as touted publicly, is setting a 120-mph lap.

Since 2010, 34 racers have attained 120 mph laps around the Triangle course, in its current configuration.

Post yesterday’s Superbike, Supersport, Superstock races, competitors setting new PB 120 + laps were MLav Racing’s Ian Hutchinson (123.198), Michael Evans (121.375), RVS Motorsport’s Erno Kostamo (121.269) and Michael Sweeney (120.694).
