* Racers encountering technical problems yesterday, included Jamie Coward (Team York Suzuki – engine over heating), Michael Russell (Izzard Racing Norton – flat tyre) and Lightweight class pace setter Lee Johnston (Reed Racing RC45 Honda – stopped at Kirk Michael).

* Known for working with Slovenian Speedway Grand Prix ace Matej Zagar, Mitas Moto Tires enjoy MGP representation courtesy of Julien Cregniot, Alex Sinclair, Michael Rees and Will Burchell.

* Ian Hutchinson’s ZXR 750 Kawasaki previously of Team ACR, has a livery very similar to that of James Hillier’s Bournemouth Kawasaki Supersport steed at TT 2024.

* Michael Dunlop, Michael Browne’s 916 Ducati mounts both-feature, Dymag wheels.

* Famous faces spotted yesterday included 14 times TT winner Tom Birchall.

* James Chawke is hoping to soon release some positive 2025 season news.

* Robbie Silvester’s VRS Racing outfit are confirmed for September’s Steve Henshaw Gold Cup, running Andy Smart.

* Thirteen Mountain Course newcomers on Sunday, banked lap speeds, in-excess of 85 mph.

* Chief Steward of the meeting is Gordon Moore.

* Present Chairman of the Manx Grand Prix Supporters Club is Allan Brew.
