Q4: TT, North West 200 or Ulster Grand Prix?
“Next year my goal is to race all of these big races. Many years ago I watched footage from the Isle of Man and I said to myself one day I will be there.
So I bought a bike and now we are here to let dreams come true. So for sure my biggest goal is to compete on the Mountain Course.”
Q5: Most Respected Rival?
“Last year it was Petr Biciste, alias Kimura. We had so many close races together it was always so much fun fighting with him. It’s a shame he’s not racing the IRRC this year.”
Q6: Best roads moment thus far?
“My best moments where all at Horice, Czech Republic. I raced my first road race ever there and I secured at the time a top five finish. Another top moment at Horice was my first time qualifying on the front row there, a great memory.”
Q7: Is their one place or country in the world, where you would like to see a roads meeting held?
“In my home country, Switzerland. We have so many nice streets. But unfortunately the Swiss people are a little bit boring, and I think this is the reason why road racing is forbidden here.”
Q8: Who’s your road racing hero?
“I have several road racing heroes. Ian Hutchinson because after so many injuries, still the man you have to beat if you wanna be the best.
Horst Saiger because he is a real self made man, always funny and still a nice guy. Didier Grams, because he is a real sportsman, he would help you even it means you will overtake him in the race, because of his help. And for sure Nico Müller who collected money for me last year, when I crashed my bike.”
Q9: Supersport or Superbike?
“Superbike, because it is simple to master.”
Q10: Pole position or fastest lap?
“Fastest lap, because it means you were competitive in the race, and I don’t like the pressure of been on the grid, when you are the fastest from qualifying.”
