Steve Mercer is competing for the team traction control team at next years Isle of Man TT. Steve this year achieved a fantastic eighth place finish in the superstock TT race when competing for the Penz 13.com BMW, in the superbike race Steve finished in a highly creditable 12th place. Steve is one of the twenty fastest ever riders at the Isle of Man TT having lapped at over 126 mph.
For next years Isle of Man TT Steve is competing in the superbike, superstock and senior races on a GSX-R 1000 Suzuki’s in superbike and superstock trim. Whilst Steve is competing for the first time in the supersport races on a GSX-R 600 Suzuki. Team traction control’s Suzuki’s next year will have backing from TAS racing and the combination of a emerging new road racing team and a rising road racing star in Steve Mercer means 2014 is to be an exciting year for both team and rider.
