Hofman who placed 9th within the Newcomers A race of 2012, answers to the Mountain Course themed set of questions are as follows:
Q1: When you first competed at the Manx, what was your first initial thought of the Mountain Course?
“My first thought when I first heard of the Mountain Course, I was just a young lad but when I saw it on a DVD I knew that was a circuit I wanted to race on and when I was finally ready to race at the Manx GP and completed my first laps I was over the moon to have raced on the famous Mountain Course.
Especially after my first finish in the Newcomers race, you build up for that feeling during the preparation in the years before.”
Q2: Most memorable Manx GP bike?
“Think my own bike that I raced, the FC Moore ZX6 Kawasaki.”
Q3: Most treasured memory from the Manx?
“Getting my replica trophies at the Villa Marina with friends and family.”

“Must be Michael Dunlop, the man.”
Q5: Describe the Manx GP in one word?
“Spectacular”
Q6: Finally, if you could race one machine from any series, championship around the Mountain Course, what would it be?
“Think that would be a Moto GP bike. That would be awesome, even for just the sound!”
