Manx GP Top 6: Jack Fowler

Supersport C class winner at the Southern 100 in 2017, Royal Enfield employee Jack Fowler is the next racer to take part in Road Racing News brand new for 2020, Manx GP Top 6 series.

Fourth within the Newcomers B Manx GP race from 2018, his answers to the Mountain Course themed set of questions are as follows:

Q1: When you first competed at the Manx, what was your first initial thought of the Mountain Course?

“How different it looked at speed! But mostly just how unbelievable it was.”

Q2: Most memorable Manx GP bike?

“My trusty Kawasaki Super Twin.”

Q3: Most treasured memory from the Manx?

“Finishing the Senior in 2019 to achieve my 4th replica finish from 4 starts in the week.”

Q4: Is there one specific Manx GP competitor that you look up to?

“I respect everyone for doing it, what Nathan Harrison did this year was amazing. Also Rodger Wibberley for the amount of years he had competed and what he has given back to newcomers.”

Q5: Describe the Manx GP in one word?

“Surreal”

Q6: Finally, if you could race one machine from any series, championship around the Mountain Course, what would it be?

“Something like a 500 MV (Agusta) triple, just for the history and the noise.”
