With the Coronavirus outbreak forcing the postponement of the event’s original scheduled running, 300 Curves of Gustav Havel organisers have announced plans for IRRC action to be incorporated into the meeting, when it’s potentially re-run from the 15th-16th of August.
Since 2014, the Czech Republic’s most famous roads course Horice has formed part of Europe’s premier closed roads series, the International Road Racing Championship.
Star names to have excelled at Horice have included local favourites Marek Cerveny, Kamil Holan and Ales Nechvatal, multi IRRC Superbike Champion’s Didier Grams and Sebastien Le Grelle plus most recent series champions Danny Webb, Davey Todd and back to back reigning Supersport class king Matthieu Lagrive.

The possibility of the iconic 300 Curves of Gustav Havel meet merging with IRRC affiliated competition, is certain to wet the appetite of 1000’s of Czech road racing, European pure road racing fans.
Additional plans for competition in August at Horice (dependent upon the Coronavirus situation improving) include 125, Moto 3, 250, Super Twins, Super Mono, Supersport 300 races taking place.
