Ignore The Doom Mongers! Cookstown 100 Will Run

Contrary to rumours, the 2024 Cookstown 100 Road Races are going ahead! Dispel the rumour mill!

The Cookstown 100, which was first run as a 30-mile event in June 1922, is the oldest and longest-running motorcycle road race in Ulster and Ireland, and against all the odds, had the distinction of being the only club to run a road race during the Pandemic in 2021.

The Cookstown team are forging ahead with their plans for their event, scheduled for Friday/Saturday 26th/27th April.

Last year’s event saw Barry Davidson clinch his second Man of the Meeting award, in a meeting which was unfortunately cut short, due to heavy rain.

Competitors are reminded, that entries close on Saturday, 23rd March.

Spectator race packages will also be closing in a few weeks, so we are appealing to everyone, who has not yet purchased, that you get your race package ordered as soon as possible.
